With our Managed Services deal, we will take care of that on your behalf. Your Virtual Private Server will be included in our custom–developed server monitoring system and every time there is a trace of a problem, our sysadmins will be informed instantly.

Weekly Backups

When you run a high–demand site or a data–heavy web app, it is mandatory to keep a complete backup copy of everything. Yet, configuring an automated backup solution can be difficult. That is the reason why our company offers you our Managed Services solution – we take full responsibility to maintain a complete backup copy of your VPS server, not only of your websites and hosted content, but of all the custom settings that you have created. Our backup scripts are run each week, saving all the modifications that you’ve made during that period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Server, you have absolute freedom to run any script or service on your it. Yet, certain scripts are more difficult to install and might require some additional setup from you. This is when our Managed Services option can help you out. It includes 30 minutes of installation & problem–solving duties – which means you’ll be able to literally employ one of our expert server admins for 30 minutes and have him help you with the installation process of any software application that you need. Alternatively have him take care of a trouble that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and it is an extra feature for the KVM VPS Servers.
